Shipping Policy

At Bay Plastic Fabrication, every order is handled with care to ensure accuracy, safe packaging, and prompt delivery once full payment has been received. This policy explains how shipping and pickup are managed for all orders placed through our website and by quotation.

1. Price on Application (POA) Products

Certain products listed on our website are marked as Price on Application (POA). For these items:

  • Customers complete the online form and request a quote.
  • We prepare a full quotation that includes product costs, any applicable pickup-handling fees, and shipping charges.
  • The quotation is emailed to the customer for review.
  • If the customer chooses to proceed, full payment must be made before any goods are prepared for pickup or delivery.
  • Once payment has cleared, the order will be processed, and the customer will be notified when it is ready for collection or when delivery has been arranged.

No products will be released or shipped until payment has been received in full.

2. Roofing Products Ordered Online

Most roofing products available through our online shop can be collected free of charge from our warehouse.

Exceptions:

  • The Econoglaze Bar product includes a pickup-handling fee, calculated at the time of order.

All roofing orders placed online will initially display product prices only. Any pickup-handling fees or delivery costs will be calculated after the order is submitted. We will then provide a separate invoice outlining the total amount payable for pickup or delivery.

Full payment of this invoice is required before your order is released or scheduled for delivery.

3. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available throughout New Zealand and is arranged once payment for both the goods and applicable shipping fees has been received.
  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the date payment is confirmed.
  • Pickup is available from our warehouse during standard business hours. Pickup details will be confirmed once payment has cleared.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery addresses and contact information at the time of ordering or quotation.
  • We may use third-party carriers for delivery. While we take care to ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for delays once goods are in transit.

4. Payment and Order Completion

  • Orders are considered complete only when payment has been received in full and cleared in our bank account.
  • Production, packaging, and dispatch (or confirmation for pickup) will begin only after payment confirmation.
  • Title to goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and the goods have been collected or dispatched.
